GABA tea is a special type of tea used to increase their gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) content. GABA is a neurotransmitter that helps calm the nervous system and reduce anxiety, stress, and even blood pressure.
Each pack contains ½ cup (125ml) of the Herbal Blend. The weight varies due to the density of each herb.
Usage & Dosage:
How to properly prepare a herbal infusion:
Heat the water in a kettle or small saucepan until it reaches boiling point.
Measure one teaspoon of dried herb per cup of water.
Place the herb into your chosen vessel (mug, teapot, tea strainer, etc.).
Pour the boiling water over the herb and let it steep for 10 to 15 minutes (the longer the steeping time, the stronger the infusion and its flavour).
Strain and enjoy!
Consume 1 to 3 cups per day. For best results, it is recommended to drink it three times daily – morning, midday, and evening.
